About Me

A Senior Strategy Director, expert in Brand, Culture & Behaviour Change Communications

I am Lorya Roblin (née Noseda).

With over 17 years of experience, I bring a rare dual expertise at the intersection of advertising and international development.

I have provided strategic counsel to major global brands (e.g.,Unilever), governments, the UN (e.g.,The World Food Programme), and foundations (e.g.,NIKE foundation).

I have designed brand and communication strategies across diverse sectors — including FMCG, retail, and banking — and developed behaviour change programmes to tackle some of the most pressing challenges of our time, from gender equality to malnutrition and climate change.

Having lived and worked across Paris, London and Southeast Asia, I am passionate about harnessing culture and storytelling to create real-world impact.

From launching a music band that challenges gender norms in Malawi, to igniting a youth movement in Cambodia, boosting FMCG brand equity in the UK and Europe, and soon embedding eco-friendly habits into French pop culture — I thrive on turning bold ideas into meaningful change.

I bring end-to-end expertise across the entire strategic process — from cultural research to impact measurement, including audience analysis, brand and/or social & behaviour change strategy, partnerships, and creative development.
This comprehensive skill set is matched by a strong ability to thrive in culturally diverse environments and to inspire, support, and grow the teams I work with.

Born and raised in Paris, in a French-Cambodian culture, I have always been curious about why people do the things they do.

This deep interest in human behaviour led me to live and work across rich and diverse cultures from the UK to Europe, Asia and Africa.
